To defame, abuse, harass, threaten, or otherwise harm the legal rights of others.<\/p>\n
To send, plant, or create in any other way, in connection with the Site, a computer virus, “worm”, “Trojan horse”, bug, spyware, malicious software, or any other computer code, file, or software that may damage, or that are intended to harm the activity of hardware or software.<\/p>\n
To harm the operation of the Site, to interfere with its functioning and\/or its performance. To harm and\/or allow access to another and\/or interfere with the activity of the servers and the computer networks on which the Site operates, to act contrary to the procedures and\/or policies and\/or regulations of third parties providing storage and processing services to the Site. <\/p>\n
To sell, grant a license, exploit for profit or for the purpose of commercial activity, any use or access to the Site or to any content, without the prior written consent of the House, to copy and\/or create a mirror site for any part of the Site without the prior written consent of the House.<\/p>\n
To create a database including by systematic downloading and saving of all, or part, of the Site and any content included in it.<\/p>\n
To use the Site for any purpose which is not legal and\/or contradicts public ethics rules and\/or is immoral and\/or is not by the authorization of the competent authorities.<\/p>\n
To use the Site or any content included in them for commercial purposes and\/or purposes that are not private, without the prior written consent of the House.<\/p>\n
It is hereby clarified that a violation of the usage restrictions section may cause suspension and\/or prevention of the user’s access to the online services of the House provided through the Site, and those actions may even be reported to law enforcement agencies as required<\/p>\n

Ben-Gurion House respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that users share, send, publish, upload, store, and process while using the Site.<\/p>\n
The use of the Site is solely subject to the acceptance and approval of the Privacy Policy by the user.<\/p>\n

A user who notices that his rights were violated contrary to the Privacy Policy, or that the House’s Privacy Policy document stands in contradiction to his local legislation, shall stop using the Site immediately and notify the House of the contradiction or violation.<\/p>\n

Some of the services offered by the House and\/or anyone on its behalf on the Site require that the user be at least eighteen (18) years old. These services may include, among others, ordering tickets for House events, which may be performed by the House and\/or through a service provided by a third party, as well as any service and\/or product that requires the user to perform an age verification process. <\/p>\n

The House reserves the right to demand from the user at any time to provide proof of age, and if necessary also an approval for the use of any user on the Site from the legal guardian of that user, so that the House will have the possibility to ensure that only legally competent users can make use of the Site lawfully.<\/p>\n

You hereby confirm that the platform provider has no obligation to answer and\/or handle claims and\/or lawsuits that will come from you or on your behalf concerning the use of the Site, including but not only: (i) claims regarding manufacturer’s liability for products and intellectual property rights; (ii) claims and\/or lawsuits that the Site allegedly does not meet the requirements of the applicable law; (iii) claims arising from consumer protection laws or similar legislation. You confirm and agree that the installation or use of the Site from a platform provider makes the platform provider a third party who is a beneficiary according to this usage agreement, and after the acceptance of the terms by you, the platform provider will have the right to enforce these terms on you as a third-party beneficiary, and you will be considered as one who gave his consent to this.<\/p>\n

The continuous availability of the Site and its manner of functioning depend on various factors, including but not only software, communication networks, hardware, and the various service providers detailed above.<\/p>\n

You hereby declare that the House has no responsibility and that you undertake to compensate the House for any damage and\/or liability and\/or loss and\/or obligation and\/or cost and\/or fine and\/or attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, arising directly or indirectly as a result of the use of the Site and\/or any part of it and\/or from a violation of the Terms of Use by you, and\/or violation of intellectual property rights of the House and\/or third parties and\/or in matters of infringement on privacy.<\/p>\n

The House is entitled to change the Terms of Use from time to time, at its sole discretion and without any prior notice, including its Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

Material changes in the Terms of Use will be published on the Site. Such material changes will enter into force seven (7) days after their publication.
